Var Ulos was a male Bolian who lived in the 24th century.
In 2373, Ulos planned to marry Lwaxana Troi, although he intended to do so only for her wealth. To prevent Troi from reading his mind and learning his true intentions, Ulos had a neural implant embedded in his brain that confused Troi's telepathic senses.
