Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

The Veletus system was a star system located, as of 2265, in Federation space, approximately 7 light-years from their border with the Tholian Assembly, somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.

History and specifics[]

The Veletus system's orbit consisted of a number of planets. Fifth planet Veletus V was the only gas giant in the system. (TOS - Constellations short story: "Fracture")

It is implied that Veletus V is about halfway into the Veletus system, though it is not indicated what types of bodies, or how many, orbit beyond the fifth planet.
