The Velites class was a type of work bee used by the Romulan Star Empire.
They were considered an important element within Romulan society as whilst the Warbirds and cloaked tanks won the battles, it was the Velites work bees that were responsible for building them. The core system of the wvehicle was a forward cab and rear power generation unit. Its msot basic form was equipped with a magnetic sling that was located in the cabin and was capable of being used to carry various supply as well as core crates in and out of buildings.
