Vella was a female Romulan and former member of the Narada.
History
In 2387, Vella and the rest of the Narada's crew were thrown back in time to 2233. She and the rest of the crew were then captured by the Klingons and were sent to Rura Penthe. However, in 2258, Vella and Arix were left behind when Nero and the rest of the crew escaped. He and Vella continued to be questioned by the guards.
