Victor Bordson was a 24th century Human man, an officer in Starfleet who had reached admiral rank in the 2380s decade.
Biography[]
Bordson served as the Starfleet commander-in-chief in the 2380s, preceding Kirsten Clancy. Bordson, who was from Luxembourg, was a veteran of the Dominion War. He was on Cardassia Prime after the war and saw the devastation.
In the year 2381, Admiral Bordson chaired a meeting where Jean-Luc Picard was informed that the Romulan star would explode in just a few years, and was offered a promotion to admiral. Later, when Picard petitioned for resources to continue rescue operations after the synth attack on Mars decimated his fleet, Bordson informed Picard of the Federation's decision to abandon the operation, and accepted Picard's resignation. William Riker also considered offering his resignation to Admiral Bordson, but Riker felt that he and the USS Titan crew could still help the Romulans. (PIC novel: The Dark Veil)
First splinter timeline[]
In an alternate timeline where Leonard James Akaar had become commander-in-chief in the 2380s, Bordson was a member of the Starfleet Command admiralty. He participated in a briefing in the year 2387 regarding the threat posed by Devidian timeline manipulation and the Naga attacks that had killed Captain Ezri Dax and countless others.
