Victor Bordsen was a 24th century Human man, an officer in Starfleet who had reached admiral rank in the 2380s decade.

Bordson served as the Starfleet commander-in-chief in the 2380s, preceding Kirsten Clancy. Bordsen, who was from Luxembourg, was a veteran of the Dominion War. He was on Cardassia Prime after the war and saw the devastation.

In the year 2381, Admiral Bordsen chaired a meeting where Jean-Luc Picard was informed that the Romulan star would explode in just a few years, and was offered a promotion to admiral. (PIC novel: The Last Best Hope)
