Petty officer Vidra Tabyr was an Ithenite member of Starfleet assigned to the USS Titan.
In 2381, Tabyr was the only member of Titan's crew to investigate planet Lumbu because her short stature allowed her to blend in with the native Lumbuans. Tabyr wasn't able to learn much because she was trained as an engineer and not for cultural study. (TTN novel: Over a Torrent Sea)
