Doctor Vika Leth was a female Mizarian in the 24th century. Leth was a scientist assigned to Newton Outpost.
In 2385, Doctor Leth suggested that the two physicians who were based on Deep Space 9 during Odo's time there would have the most knowledge about Changelings and thus be the best to treat him after he was attacked by a Changeling-like entity that Newton Outpost was studying. (DS9 novel: Ascendance)
