Vincent Fie was a Starfleet commander assigned to the USS Harriman.
In 2373, Admiral Taggart commanded the Harriman to Deep Space 9 in order to free the station from the Liberated. Commander Fie lead a security team aboard the station. (DS9 novel: The Liberated)
