Vissia Prime was a class M planet, the homeworld of the Vissian civilization. The planet's atmosphere was thick enough so that the sun could be viewed without squinting.
In the year 2156, the Earth starship Enterprise visited Vissia Prime so that Jonathan Archer and T'Pol could request that the Grand Moot bring Vissia into the war. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: To Brave the Storm)
