Mister Akara, a private practice patient of Doctor Leonard McCoy in the year 2293, was planning a trip to the Vornok system for vacation. Akara asked McCoy for the proper series of immunizations, as apparently there was an implied reputation of one or more communicable diseases common to vacationers in this area.
