The Vosin was the first warp-capable starship built by the Shadrasi civilization.
Vosin was designed and piloted by Werta, and named for a figure in Shadrasi mythology who gave the Shadrasi people their life, as well as the stars. (TNG - Strange New Worlds I short story: "The First")
