A Voth battle group.
The Voth Fleet is the spaceborne fighting force of the Voth. It is equipped with a variety of starship classes. Vessels possessing transwarp drives, phased cloaks, electromagnetic dampening fields, and long-range transporter systems. (Star Trek Adventures RPG module: Delta Quadrant Sourcebook)
It's a fleet that has ships that dwarf those of the other races of the galaxy, including dreadnoughts that dwarf Federation starbases and fortress ships the size of planetoids. (STO missions: "Circles within Circles", "Borg Disconnected") Due to their level of technology, Voth starships and fleets are able to engage and defeat Borg ships and fleets. The organizational structure and hierarchy of the fleet is unknown, though the Voth ground forces have been confirmed to have a hierarchy and various troop types, including specialists, medics, spec ops, strike commanders, inquisitors, and generals. (STO mission: "Defeat Voth in the Battlezone")
History[]
In the early 25th century, a Voth fleet was sent to the Solanae Dyson Sphere to take possession of the worldship. They encountered the Romulan-led Dyson Sphere Joint Command, an allied Federation-Klingon-Romulan force sent to contain the omega molecules generated by the sphere. The alliance dispatched reinforcements to help the Dyson Sphere Joint Command fight the Voth for control of the Dyson Sphere. During the fighting the Voth Fortress Ship was taken out when its reactor exploded. When the Undine appeared via an Iconian gateway, the fighting became a three way conflict betwen the Voth, Undine, and Dyson Sphere Joint Command. In the Delta Quadrant, a Voth Fortress Ship transported a fleet which it deployed against the Borg Unicomplex. During the 3-way conflict between the Borg, Voth, and Undine, the Voth attacked both the Borg Collective and the rebellious Borg Cooperative. (STO mission: "Borg Disconnected") The Voth would later send a battle group to the Turei homeworld, in response to their distress call. It engaged an Vaadwaur fleet (which had been vastly improved by their Iconian backers), which inflicted a heavy defeat on the Voth. (STO missions: "Revelations", "What's Left Behind") The conflict between the Borg and Voth continued to rage in the Delta Quarant, with the Voth attcking any Borg vessel they came across. (STO mission: "Aftermath") When the Vaadwaur attacked a Krenim colony in the Zahl System, a Voth fleet assisted in its evacuation. Their vessels opened fire on the ships of both the Vaadwaur Supremacy and the Delta Alliance. (STO mission: "Blockade Runner")
