Votiq was a male Ascendant and the Grand Archquester of all the Ascendant Orders. Votiq was born in the late 20th century.
In 2377, Votiq oversaw the first Ascendant meeting in millennia, during which Iliana Ghemor appeared before them and announced that she was "the Fire". (DS9 novel: The Soul Key)
