Vulcan mollusks was a popular food dish, originating from Vulcan and available on the menu at Quark's on Deep Space 9's Promenade. (ST reference: Star Trek Cookbook)

Vulcan mollusks were also served in the Insight restaurant. The Federation Travel Guide recommended them served in Rhombolian butter. (ST reference: Federation Travel Guide)

In 2370, Quark served jumbo Vulcan mollusks in Rhombolian butter for Fallit Kot. (DS9 episode: "Melora")
