Walter Elias Disney (5 December 1901 - 15 December 1966) was a Human man. He was a famous cartoonist and well known for amusement parks that were named after him: Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disneymoon.

The 1939 New York World's Fair exhibited Walt Disney's animated film Micky's Surprise Party. (DS9 novelization: Far Beyond the Stars)
Prior to 2269, B. Wilson had visited Disneymoon. Leonard McCoy had read about the park, but James T. Kirk had not. (TOS novel: World Without End)
In 2277, nine archaeologists generated a series of illusions for Pavel Chekov and his landing party on Varda III with a Vardan illusion machine. When Chekov was not amused, one of the scientists commented that they should have tried basing their illusions on Walt Disney, J.R.R. Tolkien or even Attila the Hun.
