Doctor Walter Takagi was a 20th century Japanese scientist.

Biography[]

The oldest of four siblings, he attended the University of Osaka. He was right handed, played contract bridge, and was a member of the Official Gamera Fan Club. In 1974, he worked for the Chrysalis Project and was tasked with recruiting Veronica Neary in Rome. For this prestigious occasion he chose to wear a Godzilla T-shirt. Roberta Lincoln believed he looked like the Japanese cousin of The Partridge Family. He was allergic to shellfish, and ordered a beer while in Rome. Walter watched samurai movies as a kid.
