After weapons were banned from Caeminon, the remaining ones were stored in an old warehouse which was sealed up. Centuries later, Captain James T. Kirk and Rhuna broke into the arsenal and used the weapons to fight the vegetable metalloids which were invading the city. (TOS comic: "Siege in Superspace")
