The Watters Ribbon of Valor is a service award presented by Starfleet Academy to cadets who show exceptional leadership. It was named for Tim Watters and commemorated Watters and the other Red Squad cadets who died aboard the USS Valiant in 2374. (ST reference: Celebrations)
