Weathers was a 24th century Human individual who served Starfleet as a security guard aboard the Federation starship Enterprise-E in 2379. Weathers was part of the search and rescue team which went to Tezwa in search of Commander Riker and his missing tactical away team. Weathers's team found bodies of Lieutenants Kelly Tierney and Matthew Barnes, along with Master Chief Petty Officer Razka, but Riker was nowhere to be found.
