"Where No Man Has Gone Before" was a two-part comic story published by IDW Publishing in 2011, written by Mike Johnson, adapting the original story of TOS episode: "Where No Man Has Gone Before" by Samuel A. Peeples. The beginning of IDW's ongoing series of The Original Series comics, the two parts were the first and second issues of the series.

The story arc went untitled in its original release, but was titled in the 2015 omnibus The New Adventures, Volume 1.

Summary[]

Adapting the pilot of the TOS series to a Kelvin timeline version, this storyline is notable as the first comic story arc in the Star Trek franchise taking place after 2009's TOS movie: Star Trek.
