"Wolf in the Fold" was the 36th episode of Star Trek: The Original Series, the 7th in TOS season 2.
Summary[]
Scotty has been assigned shore leave while recovering after receiving a head injury, an incident caused by the actions of a woman. Leonard McCoy is along on Argelius II to observe, as he has concerns that Scotty, while physiologically recovered, might harbor a psychological resentment towards females caused by mental confusion rebounding from the injury. After seeing Scotty acting as his usual self, carousing at an Argelian café enjoying a dance routine by Kara, McCoy and Captain James T. Kirk are satisfied that no harm has been done and resolve to move on to another bar while Scotty takes Kara for a nightfall walk in the fog through the Argelian spaceport city.
Then the murders begin…
