Star Trek Wrath of Gems is a gem-matching game based on the Original Series and the Next Generation. It is available for mobile devices including the iPhone, iPad and Android phones.
Overview[]
The game overview consist of two eras, TOS and TNG. Resources (dilithium and coins) are shared, but the characters and ships only work in their correct era.
When the player begins the game they choose a primary era. After completing the tutorial in their era - they can switch to gameplay in the alternative era. In particular, the player will be given both era's enterprise ships in their Stardock slots with room to collect more ships (either era) during gameplay. The player will also receive one character from each era to fill in their Crew slot with room to collect more crew members (either era) during gameplay.
The game also consists of three sequences, Story, Events, and Arena. Each of these sequences represents a different playing style. The Story sequence (in each era) presents a licensed storyline between the gem-matching plays. The Events sequence provides an easy, medium, hard mini-storyline (one era chosen) to complete. The Arena sequence provides PvP tournaments in each era.
However, the game specifically consists of gem-matching mini-games. All of the overview, story-arcs, collections, and goals are designed to allow the player to gain more ability to win the gem-matching mini-games.
