Wyanti was a trinary star system, located in the Yontasa sector of the Tekara sector block within the galaxy's Delta Quadrant. The system consisted of a pair of stars of the same spectral class, a small blue star, and three class J gas giant planets. (STO - Taking Care of Enemies mission: "Wyanti System Patrol")
History and specifics[]
In the year 2376, the con artist trio led by Dala was present on a planetoid within the system. On stardate 53849.2, they pretended to be a charitable organization and duped the crew of the Federation vessel Delta Flyer II, Lieutenant Tom Paris and morale officer Neelix. Dala gained access to the Federation database, and her team subsequently based their cons on Starfleet cosplay. (VOY episode: "Live Fast and Prosper")
Stil's cruiser escapes into Underspace.
In the 2410s decade, the Turei had access to a portal to Underspace from this system. It allowed them to travel to systems within 4 lightyears of Wyanti, including the Apep, Hoone and Kroida systems.
In the year 2410, during the war with the Vaadwaur Supremacy, Captain Stil conned a Delta Alliance vessel by pretending his Turei cruiser had suffered distress near Wyanti II. Stil stole from the samaritans and attempted to escape through Underspace to one of the nearby systems. The Alliance ship followed Stil's cruiser and disabled it alongside the Turei's reinforcements.
