Wyanti III was an uninhabited planet, a class J gas giant and third planet of the Wyanti trinary star system, located in the Yontasa sector and Tekara sector block of the galaxy's Delta Quadrant. Its atmosphere was topped with a swirly brown and yellow cloud cover.

In the 2410s decade, the Turei had access to a portal to Underspace from the Wyanti system. It allowed them to travel to systems within 4 lightyears of Wyanti, including the Apep, Hoone and Kroida systems.
In the year 2410, during the war with the Vaadwaur Supremacy, Captain Stil conned a Delta Alliance vessel by pretending his Turei cruiser had suffered distress near Wyanti II. Stil stole from the samaritans and attempted to escape through Underspace to one of the nearby systems. The Alliance ship followed Stil's cruiser and disabled it alongside the Turei's reinforcements.
