Biography[edit | edit source]

In the early 25th century, with Vaadwaur control over the galaxy's Delta Quadrant tightening, Xar's vessel encountered Starfleet forces in the Brothra and Russan star systems. (STO missions: "Know Your Enemies", "Brothra System Patrol")
