Xaucus was a male Gorn officer that lived several centuries before 2378, holding the title of commander within the Gorn Hegemony. According to Orion stories, Xaucus killed and devoured a privateer named Vakar, but later formed an alliance with his distant cousin Neeva, who befriended, fought alongside and finally murdered the Gorn on his deathbed as retaliation for his actions towards her family.

Biography[]

A male individual that was active centuries before the war between the Dominion and the United Federation of Planets, Xaucus served the Gorn Hegemony as a commander who was stationed on a planet that was victim to a raid when a dropship ferried four Orion pirates to the surface during their attempt to steal venom from a hatchling. Ambushing the interlopers, although the group tried to surrender, Xaucus nonetheless beheaded their leader Vakar and - in a demonstration of disrespect - devoured his corpse, but later founded that this murder would provoke a series of retaliatory strikes from the brothers and sisters of the murdered privateer, who eachswore vengeance on the commander and travelled to find him within the Hegemony Interior.
