Xionel was a Romulan Republican Force officer active in the 25th century.
History[]
Xionel served on many ships in Obisek's Reman Resistance. After the fall of Crateris to a combined Tal Shiar/Elachi force in 2409, he aided Obisek in restoring the Vault in the Haakona system. (STO mission: "Republic Day")
Xionel later became chief engineer of the Romulan Republic flagship RRW Lleiset. He was present at a mission briefing before the attack on the Solanae Dyson sphere facility near the Dyson sphere's star. (STO missions: "Republic Day", "A Step Between Stars")
Xionel also accompanied his CO, Commander Tiaru Jarok, to the conference in the Jenolan Dyson Sphere in 2410. (STO mission: "Surface Tension")
