Yalperni I was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the first planet in orbit of the Yalperni star system.
The Yalperni system was near to the 23rd century Federation border with the Klingon Neutral Zone. This planet had three moons: Yalperni I-A, I-B and I-C. (ST video game: Klingon Academy)
