Yeoman is a title that is used in Starfleet.

In the 23rd century, yeomen had clerical, administrative, and support duties in Starfleet, mainly as part of the operations division. Officers, including lieutenants and ensign could be addressed as yeoman, as well as enlisted personnel. Some yeomen assigned special duties held the title of captain's yeoman. (TOS episodes: "Where No Man Has Gone Before", "Charlie X", TOS movie: The Final Frontier, EV comic: "Nor Iron Bars a Cage")

The title survived in some form into the 2370s. In 2375, several yeomen helped Miles and Keiko O'Brien move their belongings out of their quarters on Deep Space 9 and onto a ship that would take them to Earth. (DS9 novelization: What You Leave Behind)
