Yomgro was a male Ferengi who lived at the time of the Barter Age on Ferenginar. Yomgro was a DaiMon and was the Security Consultant for the village of Kope.
When Ferengi from an opposing Commerce Zone marched towards Kope, Yomgro burst into the Happy Lobes Inn and persuaded the Ferengi enjoying oo-mox and drinking snail juice there to join him in battle. Yomgro’s men would later be killed in the encounter with their enemies, but Yomgro stayed behind to enjoy the oo-mox and snail juice. He lived a long life after. (DS9 novel: Legends of the Ferengi)
