The Yukon Territory was a federal territory in Canada on Earth, named after the Yukon RiverWP which runs through it.

In 2155, Trip Tucker compared Ych'a's descriptions of Achernar II to the Yukon Territory or California during the Gold Rush era. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)

Several starships were named after the Yukon River and its eponymous territory, including the personnel transport USS Yukon , the Danube-class runabout USS Yukon, and the privately-owned Yukon University which took part in The Great Starship Race.

The Yukon Gap around Klondike VI was also named for this region. (TOS novel: The Rings of Time)
