Zorafran Stallamaine was a male Human from Alpha Centauri who lived sometime in the 21st century.
This statesmen was the first to suggest the formation of a political union of Five Primary Worlds consisting of Terra, the planet Vulcan, Andor, Tellar and Alpha Centauri. This chain of events led to first steps that brought about the formation of the United Federation of Planets. (FASA RPG module: The Federation)
- FASA material indicated that the UFP was formed before the Earth-Romulan War which contradicts canon, its more likely that Zorafran helped in the formation of the Coalition of Planets which was the predecessor of the UFP.
